AMHERST, N.Y. – Dr. Aimable Twagilimana, a Rwandan native and expert on the country’s history, will discuss the 1994 Rwandan genocide against the Tutsi at a lecture taking place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 7 in Å·ÃÀAV College’s Rosary Hall.
