Mr. Lamark Shaw is the Director of Career Services and an adjunct professor who teaches CFE101 at 欧美AV University. Mr. Shaw also is the Sales Manager/Buyer for United Men鈥檚 Fashion in Buffalo, New York. He has a BS in Design from Buffalo State College, an MS in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University, and an Entrepreneurial Leadership Certificate from the University of Buffalo. Mr. Shaw is currently working on his Ph.D. in Organization and Management at Capella University.

Sara Rinehart (she/her) is the Assistant Director of Career Services and is passionate about empowering others as they navigate their personal and professional life journey. Sara completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Speech & Hearing Science at the University at Buffalo. She earned her master's degree from Buffalo State University in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration. Outside of school and work, Sara enjoys spending her time with friends and family. She loves the outdoors, and you can typically find her camping, hiking, or traveling somewhere.

Deoniss Jackson is a Career Advisor within the Career Services team and loves helping students develop to reach their full potential. She received her Bachelor's degree at SUNY Fredonia in Criminal Justice. Deoniss is a Say Yes Buffalo scholar and loves to volunteer with children. In her spare time, she enjoys event coordinating and hosting game nights with family and friends.
